Refused Delivery & Returns
If a package is refused or returned due to the recipient's absence or personal circumstances, the cost of international return shipping and any non-refundable customs duties or import taxes will be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment.
