Diamond dust is fine ice. In cold regions, on a clear day when the temperature is below -10 degrees Celsius, there is no wind and high humidity, water vapor in the air turns into tiny ice crystals and floats in the air. It is also known as "angel's whisper" because of its fantastical and beautiful appearance, as if an angel had descended from the heavens.
