The famous flower language of sunflowers is "I only look at you." Sunflowers used to be called "Himawari" (day-turning flowers) because the direction of the flowers changes with the movement of the sun. This is where the flower language of "I only look at you (the sun)" comes from. Also, the flower language of "longing" may be the sunflower's feelings towards the sun.
