[Plesiosaurus – The Romance of the Sea]
Plesiosaurus is a genus of plesiosaur that lived from the late Triassic to early Jurassic periods of the Mesozoic era, about 210 to 180 million years ago. It was about 5 meters long and is thought to have preyed on mollusks such as squid with its long neck. Plesiosaurus, which have been sighted all over the world, is the romance of the sea that transcends science.
