[Plesiosaurus – The Romance of the Sea]
Plesiosaurus is a genus of plesiosaur that lived from the late Triassic to early Jurassic periods of the Mesozoic era, approximately 210 to 180 million years ago. It was about 5 meters long and is thought to have used its long neck to prey on mollusks such as squid. Plesiosaurus, which have been sighted all over the world, are a wonder of the sea that transcends science.
