[Adan –Unbeatable–] Pandanus: A member of the Pandanus genus in the family Pandanusaceae. It grows near the coasts of subtropical and tropical regions. As it grows, its thick branches spread out horizontally, from which aerial roots (prop roots) hang down (like an octopus) and reach the ground.
