QUALITY/DESIGN
Glass artist Masahide Nakada creates unique pieces using techniques he developed himself. The objects inside are also made of glass, characterized by their striking realism and dynamism, as if they could move at any moment. More than just a fashion item, he creates vessels imbued with a "prayer," like amulets, that one would want to accompany them throughout life.
PROFESSIONALISM
While studying at Hosei University, I obtained Level 1 certification in color perception. I gained extensive experience in fashion at Paul Smith, a leading British designer. In 2002, I began studying glass art independently. My work has been exhibited at department stores and galleries. I participated in the Marine Diving Fair (Ikebukuro Sunshine) and an event at Nagoya LACHIC. I held solo exhibitions at TORGALLERY in Kobe, Gallery 80 at Omotesando Hills, Bunkamura Box Gallery in Shibuya, Kitano Art Gallery in Kyoto, and Nine Gallery in Gaienmae.
