About shipping costs
Shipping is free only within Japan.
About shipping methods
The shipping method will be the one specified by our store, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose it.
As a general rule, we do not accept requests for specific dates or time slots. (If you absolutely must, please let us know at the time of purchase.)
About delivery times
We will ship within 7 days of receiving your delivery request.
*If we are currently exhibiting at a long-term exhibition or traveling, it may take up to 2 weeks. (We will notify you in advance.)
Basically, it will arrive within 2-3 days after delivery is completed. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 1-2 weeks.)
However, this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note.
About damage during delivery
When packing, we will take great care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented when preparing for shipment, but after handing over to the delivery company, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation due to some trouble or the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that there may be scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
