[About cancellations, returns, and exchanges]
We cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. (As this is a handmade item, please read the notes carefully.)
*If the product is defective, we will cover the costs of collection and return.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items.
・Items that have been used
・Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Items that have become scratched or stained by the customer
・Items without packaging (bags/cases)
Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 7 business days of the arrival of the returned item.
[Caution]
・Due to the nature of the item, white lines may occasionally appear, but these are not cracks.
・If it chips or breaks, you may be injured, so please stop using it.
・Depending on your constitution, it may cause itching or a rash, so if you notice any abnormalities on your skin, please stop using it and consult a specialist.
・Please remove accessories when doing heavy lifting, playing strenuous sports, sleeping, or caring for small children, as they may cause physical injury.
・Do not wear accessories in high temperature places such as saunas or in extremely cold places such as ski resorts, as this may cause burns or frostbite.
・Due to the nature of the dyeing process, leather cords and other parts may transfer color due to friction, water, or sweat. Please be careful not to transfer color to your clothes.
・Please note that the creator (Masahide Nakata) is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur as a result of using the product.
※About works that glow in the dark (phosphorescent)
After being exposed to strong light, they will glow for several minutes in a completely dark environment. Storefront/website/blog etc. Images shown are of the glowing state under ideal conditions. The amount of light emitted varies depending on the environment.
